Upload guide: what photo works best

Pick a clear photo of yourself with your head turned back over your shoulder toward the camera.

• Light and quality: Choose a recent photo in bright, even light, in high resolution, with your face in sharp focus. Skip screenshots with black bars or app buttons, photos of another screen, and heavy filters that reshape your face.
• Framing: This template is framed from directly behind, with you sitting on top and your back to the camera, your head turned back over your shoulder. Pick a photo that matches that back view and head turn as closely as you can.
• Eyes and gaze: Look back over your shoulder toward the camera, with your eyes open and your face unobstructed.
• Just you: Upload only yourself, with no second person and no group photo in the frame.
• Mouth: Keep your mouth area uncovered in the photo.
• Outfit: Clothes follow the template scene, not your photo. Do not expect the outfit in your photo to carry over into the result.
• Do not use: front-facing portraits that hide your back and head turn, distant photos, faces cut out of the frame, dark or blurry photos.
